1. Payment
1.1 The price payable by the Consumer will be available throughout the ordering process on Wooden Shutters Direct website. A full listing and payment breakdown will be available on our website before payment continues. The Consumer will be required to pay extra for delivery in certain circumstances, as stated on our website, and it may not be possible for us to be able to deliver to some locations.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery are stated under the same payment.
1.3 All payments are to be paid in full by the Consumer before any goods are to be ordered. Once payment has been received in full, the supplier will begin the ordering process. Your order confirmation is a legally binding contract between you and Wooden Shutters Direct. We will contact you if we are unable to accept your order for any reason.
1.4 If the Consumer fails to pay the full amount or payment has been declined the supplier has full liability to stop the order or hold on deliveries until full payment has been made. Once full payment has been processed, a fully informed invoice will be sent to you via email from the Supplier
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Shipping cost is detailed in the price listing stated on our website. This will be paid for in full by the Consumer before any products are to be ordered, please see above about payment. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the Supplier will not be held responsible.
3. Refunds/Returns Policy
3.1 The Consumer has the right to end their contract with the Supplier for the goods they ordered at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) working day from the date the ordered goods were received. The Consumer does not need to give any reason for cancelling their order, nor will you incur a penalty or charge.
3.2 Refund and Returns Policy does not apply if the goods you have ordered are Made-to-Measure
3.3 If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will refund you for the full amount as long as the return is made within 14 days of purchase, the product is unused and is within its original packaging.
3.4 Once we have received the item, it will be checked and then a refund will be authorised to you.
3.5. Returns Procedure
3.5.1 Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.
3.5.2 If required, we can arrange a collection by our carriers how ever there will be a surcharge of £18 per item. This amount in non-negotiable as the price is set by our carriers.

3.6. You must cancel you order within 7 working days to receive a refund.
3.6.1 Once we are aware of the Consumers cancellation, any amount debited to us from your account will be refunded to your account with in 5 working days as long as all criteria is met. If items are returned in different packaging or are not in the state of which you received them, we are obliged to decline a refund.
3.6.2 The Supplier holds the right to cancel the Consumers order if payment is not made. The Supplier can also cancel your order if there deems to be fraud on an order placed and if pricing structure is incorrect.
3.6.3 If the Supplier cannot deliver to the Consumers acquired address, the Supplier may contact the Consumer for the Consumer to either arrange their own carrier or have their order sent to an address more suitable.
3.6.4 If the items that the Supplier delivers are incorrect to the Consumers order, are damaged or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by phone call or email within 2 working days of the delivery of the items.
3.6.5 If you do not receive your order within 80 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by phone or email within 80 days of the date on which you ordered. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at our discretion, one of the following:
– Resolve with our courier to find missing items and have them redelivered
– To replace or repair any goods that may be damaged
– To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in
– Questions in. This maybe paid differently in each unique case
3.6.6 The Consumer must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. The Supplier makes no representation and accepts no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
3.6.7 Save as precluded by law, the Supplier will not be liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) to whatever extent, arising out of any problem the Consumer is to notify to the Supplier under this condition, the Supplier will have no liability to pay any money to the Consumer by way of compensation other than to refund to the Consumer the amount paid by the Consumer for the goods in question.
3.6.8 Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from either party must be in writing and sent to the Suppliers contact address; Wooden Shutters Direct, 15 Lees Lane, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 3UL and all notices from the Supplier to the Consumer will be displayed on our website.
3.6.9 Nevertheless; in spite of the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a Consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
3.6.10 The Supplier shall have no liability to the Consumer for any failure to deliver goods the Consumer has ordered, in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered by courier arranged by the Consumer or Wooden Shutters Direct or that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, accident or extreme weather.
3.6.11 The contract between the Supplier and Consumer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
4. Entire Agreement
4.1 You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
4.2 Third Party Rights
4.2.1 Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
4.2.2 If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
4.2.3 These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person or by any other member of our staff on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us.
4.2.4 Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have agreed that you have not placed any reliance on anything said by any sales person or other member of our staff.
5. Language
5.1 The only language in which an order may be placed and accepted is English.
